These ateliers were celebrated for crafting some of the finest varnishes of the modern age — and we’ve drawn from their traditional formulas and techniques to recreate the depth and character of old-world finishes.

To honour our decades of dedication to violin making, we created a special series built from our most exquisite tonewoods and shaped by our most experienced artisans. The culmination of years of learning and refinement lives in our newest creation — an instrument as visually striking as it is sonically rich. Crafted from select European maple for the ribs and back, and topped with our finest spruce, each violin is finished with a masterfully applied varnish developed through years of expertise, resulting in a truly exceptional instrument.
